Atlas Tube offers I.D. flash removal, speciality steel chemistries such as copper bearing, high strength low alloy (HSLA), roll-over protective structure (ROPS) and weathering steels as well as custom fabrication including bandsaw and lathe cutting, welding, punching, sizing, bending, slotting and beveling. CSA G40.21 Class H material (thermal stress relief) is available from our in-house furnace in our Harrow facility. Atlas Tube also produces Epox Z Kote® cleaned and pre-primed tubing at our Chicago facility. In addition to these services, several outsourced services are also available including galvanizing and pickling and oiling.
Atlas Tube is the North American leader in HSS tubular steel solutions. We manufacture a full range of hollow structural sections including rounds, squares, rectangles and deep rectangles. Our specialty is carbon steel tube in square, rectangular, and round shapes from 1.5" square up through 12" square and 1.9"OD up through 16"OD.
Our structural tubing is used and a wide array of applications including, automotive trailer hitches, pipe piling, agricultural equipment, construction, material handling systems, lighting equipment, and recreational equipment.
Flexible Manufacturing
Atlas Tube utilizes "flexible manufacturing" a "quick change" technology allowing us to change sizes on all our mills in under two hours. This affords us the shortest cycle times in the industry.

Our quality systems allow us to monitor all aspects of the production process from coil receiving to the finished product ensuring compliance with the appropriate raw material and finished product specifications.
