Starting with hot-rolled coil, the steel is ID stamped for full traceability, formed and welded into a tube shape. Thorough testing confirms integrity of the weld, and the exterior surface is stenciled for verification. Every Atlas Tube pipe pile is accompanied with a mill test report (MTR) and backed by coil certificates. Atlas Tube manufactures pipe piling to ASTM A252, ASTM A500 and CSA G40.21 specifications.
